This Imperial Stout is suitable for weddings, baptisms, birthdays, communions and other festivities. It was inspired by one of the most popular traditional sweets – Pastel de Nata. During the mash, we added a healthy dose of custard tarts, in addition to vanilla, lactose, and cinnamon, resulting in an Imperial Stout of 10% intense and velvety body. It was produced in collaboration with Burial Beer Co – a brewery in Asheville, North Carolina.
